Open Enrollment August 1-15, 2023
It's time for the annual Open Enrollment period August 1-15 2023, where you can make health plan elections to change your health plan, add or remove family members or waive coverage under the TLC Program.
Elections made during this period, changes to premiums and health benefits will take effect October 1, 2023.
You can make your elections beginning August 1 using Cardinal HCM. You may also print, sign and submit a completed enrollment form to Human Resources by the close of business on Tuesday, August 15.
Remember, no election is required if there are no health plan coverage changes.
